'Everything She Has Within Herself' Artist Talk and Workshop: Jenifer K. Wofford

Jenifer K. Wofford joins Asia Society Texas for an artist talk and workshop related to her mural work 'Pattern Recognition' exhibited as part of 'Everything She Has Within Herself'. The artist welcomes guests to take part in an interactive class and self-reflect on patterns, colors, culture, and personal icons. 'Everything She Has Within Herself' brings together three murals of empowerment by Jas Charanjiva, Chanel Miller, and Jenifer K. Wofford. Inspired by community, vulnerability, and the simple gesture of acknowledgment, each artwork in its own way rejects common destructive myths created to preserve historical power structures.
