Exploring Anxiety from a Buddhist Perspective

During this course, we will learn meditations to help us let go of the limiting mental habit of fear. Through this, we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment of our life and begin to uncover its true meaning. Gen Wangpo will present an inspiring vision of our potential, based on Buddha’s teachings. He will guide us in simple yet effective meditations that we can use in our own daily lives, gradually bringing our vision into reality.
