Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is an ancient Chinese spiritual discipline. It consists of moral teachings and five gentle exercises including meditation which is guided by the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Falun Gong has brought improved health and well-being to more than 100 million people.
