Grand Central Park residents will open their garages to bargain hunters when the annual community-wide garage sale returns, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30. Sales will be held at individual homes where residents will offer gently used clothing, household goods, electronics, toys and more. Maps can be picked up at The Lake House, 1039 Lake House Drive or The Finding Place, 750 Grand Central Parkway, Conroe, TX 77304.
