Avenue's HomeOwnership Center is hosting HomeFest to honor National Homeownership Month! This event is not only for prospective homebuyers, but current homeowners are encouraged to attend as well. Throughout the event, attendees will have the chance to tour our partners' exhibit booths such as: Mortgage lenders, DPA programs, insurance companies, title companies, inspectors and other resources. Take part in family-friendly activities, enjoy complimentary food & beverages, and participate in financial education mini sessions!
