The painful feelings that affect us from time to time don’t arise out of nothing; they have a source. They are not given to us as a punishment and we are not necessarily fated to experience them. Buddha explained that the mind has the power to create all pleasant and unpleasant experiences. He also explained how we can change our mind in order to change our experiences.
