In Place of an Index Opening Reception and Exhibition Tour

When: Thu., Sept. 2, 5:30-7:30 p.m. 2021

We invite you to the opening reception of our exhibition In Place of an Index produced and presented in conjunction with the 2021 Texas Biennial exhibition, A New Landscape, A Possible Horizon. The exhibition features 12 artists native to or currently living and working in Texas. The reception will take place outside of Silver Street Studios with tunes from a playlist curated by Zahira Gutierrez and Cody Swan of Wild Moccasins playing throughout the night. Join FotoFest Associate Curator Max Fields with Texas Biennial Curators Ryan N. Dennis and Evan Garza for a tour of the exhibition starting at 6 p.m. [Organizer's description]
