Labyrinth Walk/Sound Bath led by Reginald Adams

Join the artist for a guided meditation and sound bath at the labyrinth.  A labyrinth is an ancient ritual that connects the individual with the earth in a walking path to meditation and reflection. To use a labyrinth, one walks with focus and concentration, a circuitous path that winds around to reach the center of a large circle and then slowly retraces steps to reach the end of the meditation. The Labyrinth at Discovery Green was created by Houston artist Reginald C. Adams with the help of community volunteers.
