Inspired by the beauty of the Texas Coast, the LCRA Parks’ Savor the Outdoors dinner event will take place on the smooth sands of Matagorda Beach. With the Gulf of Mexico as a backdrop, the culinary experience will feature coastal cuisine by Chef Max Frisbie, from Mill Scale Metal Works. The menu will include romesco crusted redfish and New York strip with accompanying beverages by Treaty Oak Distillery and Richard's Rainwater. Dinner guests will enjoy a live performance by Drew Kennedy, stargazing, beach bonfires and a look at LCRA Parks’ newest overnight accommodations – 10 modern beach bungalows.
