LONE STAR GUMBEAUX FESTIVAL TO FEATURE CAJUN ROCK AND GOOD EATS Downtown Hitchcock, Texas will be filled with toe-tapping tunes and tasty Cajun treats as the city presents its first ever Lone Star Gumbeaux Festival presented by Texas First Bank on Saturday, April 29th. Gumbo cook-off, Cajun rockers Bayou Roux in concert, vendors, kids zone, cooking demonstrations, food trucks and more. Hitchcock is just north of Galveston on Hwy 6 west of I-45.
