Regent Square is carrying their calendar of outdoor programming at The Parkway into 2021, kicking the year off with a Texas-themed market in recognition of Texas Independence Day. The community is invited to stop by the recently unveiled outdoor activity and event site at the corner of Allen Parkway and Dunlavy, across from Buffalo Bayou Park and The Villas at River Oaks for a market featuring local vendors and leather coaster marbling, plus music and food.
The Parkway Market Days is free to attend, and leather coaster marbling will be complimentary for the first 50 attendees. Leather coaster marbling kits will be priced at $25 each for the remainder of the day. Valet parking will also be offered on a complimentary basis.
Future Market Days themes and dates include Spring Flowers (March 28), Pet Awareness Month (April 25), and Memorial Day (May 30).
The safety and well-being of all visitors is top priority for Regent Square. Guests are encouraged to practice social distancing as well as wear a mask. [Organizer's description]
