Miss Contestants will compete in four phases of competition: Talent, Personal Interview, Evening Gown/Social Impact Statement, and Onstage Interview. Teen Contestants will compete in four phases of competition: Talent, Fitness Routine, Personal Interview, and Evening Gown/Onstage Question. The winners of the Miss Katy Competition will be awarded cash and educational scholarship funds.
During her year of service, Miss Katy & Miss Katy Outstanding Teen will travel across the South-East Region of Texas speaking to government officials, business leaders, community groups and all types of citizens about their platform issues and encouraging them to become involved in their cause. They will also be eligible to compete for the Miss Texas and Miss Texas Outstanding Teen, Summer 2019.
