Missing in Brooks County: Film Screening and Conversation

The Houston Climate Justice Museum will present a special screening of Missing in Brooks County, a documentary which offers an in-depth narrative on the silent mass disaster in South Texas and the work of humanitarians and scientists to reunite the missing individuals with their families. The film will be screened in English with Spanish subtitles, and afterwards there will be a discussion with those involved in the film: Eddie Canales, Michelle Chinos, Omar Román-Gómez, Dr. Kate Spradley and filmmakers Jeff Bemiss and Lisa Molomot. This event is free and is funded in part by the Houston Arts Alliance.
