Join Nu Deco for our first live stream performance of our 6th season, filmed and streamed live from the North Beach Bandshell. This performance will feature the music of Jessie Montgomery, Duke Ellington, and a new symphonic reimagination of the music of Pharrell Williams. Special guest collaboration for this performance will feature “jazz singer of the hip-hop generation” Jose James. James’ unpredictable musical projects have blurred the lines between traditional and contemporary jazz, soul, funk, house and rock, among other genres. Grab your virtual ticket and we will see you online on the 29th! In addition to this exciting performance with James, Nu Deco’s sixth season is shaping up to be one of their best with the announcement of exclusive orchestral collaborations with Jose James, Larkin Poe, Cory Wong, Richard Bona, Cory Henry and more. This performance will be completely live streamed with no in-person audience. This ticket is for the live streamed performance and does not include admission to the North Beach Bandshell. Ticket buyers will be able to access the performance on-demand following the live concert for 72 hours. This performance is presented in partnership with the Rhythm Foundation and the North Beach Bandshell. Tickets available at https://live.nu-deco.org. [Organizer's description]
