The five talented sisters of Las Fenix stopped by the park to help us kick off Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations with a high-energy Tejano/Norteño concert. The Consul General of Mexico in Houston, Alicia Kerber will reenact the traditional Grito of Independence, in remembrance of the 210th anniversary of Mexico’s War of Independence.
