Join the Clark Pines Civic Association and Opera on Tap, Houston for a free, in-person, socially distanced concert! This performance will be given at the corner of W 14th and W 14th 1/2 streets in the Heights. Bring your own chairs and blankets for an evening of free vocal music in one of the most scenic neighborhoods in town!
