Silence Is Golden. Probably everyone has heard this phrase before and when we are overwhelmed with life, we look for that peace and quiet. We all know how to create silence – turn off everything that makes noise! But, do we know how to create the same tranquil silence in our own minds?
Having a tranquil mind is not that different from having a silent room; we just need to mentally abide in a space that is not overwhelmed by thoughts. Basically, we need to quiet or even silence our thoughts. But where is the volume knob or the on|off switch? How do we get to a tranquil state of mind?
In this series of classes we will be looking at just that! We are going to learn how to bring our mind to a space of tranquility, beyond the turbulence of our minds. Everyone is welcome, no experience is necessary.
