Pearland Get Fit Program Launches Free Strength, Speed, and Conditioning Training for Youth Athletes!

The Pearland Get Fit Program is now offering a free 18-week training program to help youth athletes build strength, power, endurance, and mental fortitude. The Pearland Get Fit Program is dedicated to providing a safe and effective environment for coaching and training. Volunteers with decades of experience in the field are ready and willing to help young athletes grow and improve their performance. This program, although intense, is not a day-care program or for the non-athletic. The coaches expect athletes to be tested and pushed beyond their current comfort level, within 4 specific areas of focus throughout the 18-week program.
