R-C Ranch Dinner at Wild Oats
Wild Oats, Underbelly Hospitality’s Texas-inspired, family-friendly restaurant in the Houston Farmers Market, will collaborate with their long-time wagyu beef supplier R-C Ranch, a premier Texas rancher, to host a multicourse dining experience on Wednesday, April 26 at 6:30 PM. Wild Oats’ culinary team and R-C Ranch have created a four-course meal that incorporates R-C Ranch’s beef with the flavors of the Lone Star State. The menu includes:
First course: Smoked beef rillette, grilled bread, pickled vegetables and mustard
Second course: Beef kielbasa with watercress spaetzle
Third course: Grilled bavette fajita and beef fat tortillas
Dessert: Dr. Pepper sheet cake
