Join HCCC staff members and jewelers Tarina Frank and René Henry to learn how to make recycled silver cast rings!
These organically shaped rings are made from scrap silver & are a beautiful way to breathe new life into old sterling silver scrap. Carve your ring size into a block of charcoal and shape the scrap silver into a ring shape. Use a torch to melt the silver down and form it into a unique shape. Gently shape your ring on a mandrel with a hammer and finish it up by sanding and polishing. The result is a one-of-a-kind ring!
