Rest, Reflect, Refresh: Urban Meditation Mini-Retreat
The best way to learn how to meditate is to jump right in and meditate! This mini-retreat provides us with the perfect opportunity to do just this. We will have three sessions of guided meditation so that we can experience a peaceful mind amidst the busyness of our lives.
There will be brief teachings, as well as Question and Answer sessions. This retreat is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience or background.
Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
