The Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center's Rockin’ New Year’s Noon is the New Year’s Eve celebration just for kids! The end-of-year bash rings in the New Year at the stroke of noon! Kids finally don’t have to stay up till midnight to celebrate! The Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on New Year's Eve and will be closed New Year's Day.
