Kicking off National Rosé Day on June 10th, Le Jardinier from the Bastion Collection will be hosting a rosé brunch every weekend throughout the month of June. The brunch menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 2pm, with the exception of Father’s Day on Sunday, June 18th. The prix fix menu at $76 per person features multiple courses with specialty items to choose from celebrating the occasion, such as Smoked Salmon Rillette Benedict with organic poached egg, brioche and asparagus; Poached Gulf Shrimp with cucumber herbal yogurt and radish; and Strawberry Cheesecake Mouse with rosé water.
