The Museum's 11th Birthday Celebration with Little Red Riding Hood

The Museum’s 11th Birthday Celebration is taking place on Friday, July 9th. To celebrate this special day we welcome TCA performing artist Storybook Theatre of Texas and their presentation of The New Little Red Riding Hood at 11:00am and 1:00pm. Big Bad Wolf has retired as the forest’s caretaker. His daughter, Wanda Wolf, is finding out she has big shoes to fill, especially when her BFF, Little Red (the great-great-great-granddaughter of the first Little Red Riding Hood), is trashing out the forest! At Noon Miss Jan will read Happy Birthday, Cupcake! by Terry Border. This fun, whimsical story features food items as the characters. Don't miss creating paper cupcake art projects in the Muse and singing Happy Birthday with The Unicorn Princess at 10:45am, 11:45am, 12:45pm, 1:45pm, 2:45pm. Upon exit enjoy a special piece of Birthday Cake. This annual event is included in the price of admission, which is $7 for adults and children 1 year and older. [Organizer's description]
