Spring Branch Community Health Center (“SBCHC”) is dedicated to creating opportunities for families to prioritize their health and have fun! This year, SBCHC’s Annual Walk for Wellness is organized in partnership with local youth sports organization SpringSpirit, United Healthcare, Memorial Hermann Hospital, Community Health Choice, and local community organizations. We are working closely with local partners to involve families with children of all ages. The Walk for Wellness will challenge participants to engage with local social service providers and healthcare providers. Local supporters will offer health tips and educational activities during the event.
