We invite your school to participate in the 2019 WaterWorks Festival hosted by the City of Houston's WaterWorks Education Center. The festival will be held May 3, 2019 at Levy Park located at 3801 Eastside Street, Houston, TX 77098 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This year's theme is "Careers in STREAM" based on Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math.
WaterWorks Festival is a free educational opportunity for students of all ages to learn about the regional water resources.
The event is expected to draw over 50 sponsors and exhibitors sharing a variety of careers in both the public and private water and waste water sectors. The event will also educate the community regarding the City's high-quality drinking water, our drinking water supply and treatment system, water conservation and efficiency initiatives, waste water treatment system, Corral the Grease Program and other sanitary sewer overflow prevention methods.
