In this modest, pink-walled Greenway restaurant, owners Eduardo and Monica Lopez specialize in the dishes of Guatemala and Mexico: succulent fish tacos, grilled chicken and scrumptious fried plantains. El Pueblito's cilantro-spiked salsa, which manages to be hot and cooling simultaneously, is in a class by itself.
