Two energetic sisters run this neat-as-a-pin bake shop, where the kitchen señoras turn out crisp, slender potato or chicken flautas and pull-out-the-stops tortas of stewed carne guisada or chicken. Breakfast tortas or gorditas of egg, potato and bacon gratify, as do grilled Mexican biscuits (bring your own jelly) and huevos rancheros. Too bad about the lousy coffee.
