Who will boast next year's Troubadours? You?
Last week, the Thin Line Film Festival revealed thematic and submission information for its annual international documentary event. In the past, the shebang has boasted screenings of Troubadours, which posted up on PBS weeks after Thin Line 2011, as well as Oscar short-listed films Enemies of the People and This Way of Life.
The fest, which "reviews all forms of documentaries regardless of topic, type, style, length, or format," according to a release, is currently accepting entries for doc flicks in the following categories: music, making an impact, hybrids and mobile video.
If accepted, you could win all sorts of awards, ranging from best feature to an audience choice designation.
There are four different deadlines -- August 31 for overachievers and November 30 for total slackers are the bookends.
The Thin Line Film Festival website, which lays out other particulars such as fees, has all of the relevant details.
