Winnie Cooper Is Single: Let's Play Matchmaker!

If you grew up watching The Wonder Years, you more than likely had a crush on Winnie Cooper, played by Danica McKellar. The show ran from 1988 until 1993 and chronicled the life of Kevin Arnold and his family and friends as they liived through the late '60s and early '70s. Winnie was Kevin's constant flame for the duration of the series.

This past week news of McKellar's divorce from husband Mike Verta brought her back into the national consciousnesses -- as if we could forget her -- and her openness about the heartbreaking turn of events has been dished about on celebrity blogs up and down the line. The actress/author was married for three years and has a young son with Verta. McKellar is also an in-demand voice actress.

Brah, you are missing out if you haven't seen her Maxim layout from a few years back.

Of course this all means that we have the duty to play matchmaker for her in these sad times. Our first pick for a new beau, Fred Savage, who played Kevin on Wonder Years is happily married it seems. Horseshit, Fred. Why can't you acclimate to our dumb fantasies?

In keeping with her status as an '80s/'90s television icon, we must only pick from that esteemed pool of men.

Jeremy Jackson

What about Hobie from Baywatch? He also had a sex tape, you know, so you will know what you are getting before you buy.

Bronson Pinchot

Yes, Balki from Perfect Strangers. His latest film according to IMDb is something amazing called Kung Fu and Titties. When he's not doing sporadic movies, he restores houses.

Dean Cain

Ooh la la, this former Superman also seems to be single and ready to conservatively mingle. According to Wikipedia he is a staunch Rick Perry supporter too.

Richard Dean Anderson

it's super-hard to believe that the MacGyver star was never married. There is joke here about getting out of dangerous jams and obstacles that I leave you to make up for yourself.

Robbie Sinclair From Dinosaurs

Weirder shit has happened, and by now this Hypsilophodon should be a handsome, virile 45 year-old by now.

Ben Savage

The next best thing next to big brother Fred, and Topanga can come hang out and take her shirt off. (rimshot)

Brice Beckham

Before you go and Google him, he played Wesley on Mr. Belvedere, the scourge of the titular man-nanny and probably illegal alien.

Josh Saviano

Throw all of us '80s babies for a loop and hook up Paul Pfeiffer, Kevin's best friend from Wonder Years. He's a rich lawyer now, when he is not Marilyn Manson. Someone's WY fan-fiction blog just blew up.
