The 5 Best Things to Eat or Drink This Weekend: Halloween Parties, Montrose Crawl & More

Pub Night @ Saint Arnold Brewing Company Friday, 5-10 p.m. 2000 Lyons Ave.

The tour hall at Saint Arnold Brewing Company is being transformed into a bar during Pub Night from 5 to 10 p.m. There's no entry fee, but guests can purchase pretty much whatever beer they want -- by the glass or bottle. Pumpkinator will be available, as well! To soak up all that beer, Saint Arnold will serve a menu of items that perfectly complement beer-- greasy food. Nosh on cheeseburgers, frites, warm pretzels, poutine and bratwurst while you enjoy your favorite selections from this Houston-based brewery.

Spirits & Skeletons @ Houston Museum of Natural Science Friday, 8 p.m. 5555 Hermann Park Dr.

You don't have to wait until October 31 to celebrate Halloween. Start your spooky celebrations early at the Houston Museum of Natural Science during its Spirits & Skeletons Halloween Party. The fun begins at 8 p.m. and tickets cost $15 for members and $25 for non-members. Dance the night away while DJ Gracie Chavez, DJ Dame and Molly & The Ringwalds hit the stage, and refuel your body with food from H-town StrEATS, The Waffle Bus, Good Dog Hot Dogs and Chilantro. There will also be a cash bar and magician. Halloween costumes are highly encouraged.

2nd Annual BeerFeast 2013 @ Flying Saucer Draught Emporium Saturday, 1-7 p.m. 15929 City Walk, Sugar Land

The Flying Saucer in Sugar Land hosts the 2nd Annual BeerFeast on Saturday, featuring more than 40 breweries and 60 craft beers, as well as a few rare and limited-release selections. Purchase tickets before the event for $30, or at the door for $40; you'll get a 12-sample tasting card and a BeerFeast commemorative tasting glass. Sugar Land Town Square restaurants will be on site selling food throughout the festival.
