The frog-shaped chocolates are specifically intended for princesses those who have kissed too many frogs in their life.
The Whole Foods chocolate display at the Kirby store also stars Knipschildt Chocolates, which are handmade in South Norwalk, Connecticut by a charismatic Danish chocolatier named Fritz Knipschildt. The chef also runs a café and retail store there called Chocopologie that offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into his chocolate-making operation.
