Though he probably didn't foresee a career path that would force him to pig out on a 72-ounce steak or an 11-pound, 30-inch meat-covered pizza for a national audience after graduating from the Yale School of Drama, actor/foodie Adam Richman has carved out a niche for himself as the host (and victim) of the Travel Channel's popular Man vs. Food, which takes him across the world. At his talk today, just dont call him a glutton. Richman maintains that there's a difference between gluttony and indulgence, saying that on vacation, everyone should set aside their diets and taste the best of what a city has to offer. Expect a combination of gastronomic observations and comedy during today's show. 8 p.m. House of Blues, 1204 Caroline. For information, call 888-402-5837 or visit www.houseofblues.com. $15 to $30.
