Houston welcomes the 2011 Summer National Senior Games, a two-week competition in 18 sports. Everything starts with an Olympic-style torch run on June 16 that ends at Discovery Green, which will be home to the flame for the duration of the games. Athletes, all of whom are over the age of 50, will compete in triathlon, tennis, golf, swimming, cycling and more.
