Quite possibly one of the biggest dance music festivals this city holds, Something Wicked is a bass-lovers dream, but with a wicked Halloween twist. This devilish festival at Sam Houston Racepark is all about dropping the bass and costumery, from the themed stage production to the thundering crowds of club kids dressed to the nines in their Halloween best. And as this Halloween music festival has grown, so has the talent. This year’s lineup includes huge names on the EDM scene — Bassnectar, Kaskade, Dillon Francis, Martin Garrix, and Borgore are just a couple of names on the two-day lineup — who provide a soundtrack created on-scene boasting everything from techno, disco, house, drum and bass, trap, trance, and everything in between.
