Here’s a look at this weekend's best culinary happenings:

The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival @ The Woodlands Town Center
Friday–Sunday, Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This three-day outdoor festival is a celebration of the visual, performing and culinary arts. Hit it to take in culinary demonstrations, visual presentations on the art of food, educational art activities for children and adults, live music and performances, and special exhibitions. Oh, and to eat and drink, of course! Participating restaurants and bars include Hello Taco, Russo’s Pizzeria, Wine on the Water, Nothing Bundt Cake and Saint Arnold Brewing Company. A three-day 2016 festival pass is $15 ( children 12 and under are admitted free) and can be purchased online or at the gates.

Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair
Friday–Sunday

On Friday, must-hit events include the Grand Tasting, Tasting Mastery: Fred Parks Wine Lecture Series, and the Love of Bourbon and Cheese at the Sugar Land Marriott Town Square, 16090 City Walk. On Saturday, guests can enjoy a wine-tastic sip and stroll at Constellation Field, 1 Stadium; And closing the weekend out is Sunday’s Bistro Brunch at Sugar Land Town Square, 2700 Town Center. Tickets are available for $50 to $225 for the grand tasting, sip and stroll, and bistro brunch.

Saturday Morning Bake Sale @ Fluff Bake Bar

Wakey bakey! The next Saturday morning bake sale features treats from chef Justin Turner of Bernie’s Burger Bus. Turner just killed it on the Food Network’s Chopped, so guests can expect nothing short of greatness. Get the good stuff from 10 a.m. until it sells out.

2nd Annual Crawfish Boil @ Punk’s Simple Southern Food
Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Just $27 will get you fiery, Southern-style all-you-can-eat mudbugs. Guests can pay at the door, and kids 12 and under can eat for free. The day will feature craft beer specials from Buffalo Bayou Brewing Company, and the regular menu will also be available.

Satuday, 3 to 6 p.m.

Enjoy a day of fun in the sun as you sip and sample wines from Josh Cellars of Deutsch Family Wines, Terlato Vineyards and Jackson Estate, to name a few. This year’s restaurant lineup includes eats like beef bourguignon skewers from Brenner’s Steakhouse, a shellfish display from The Oceanaire, and house-made Belgian waffles from Landry’s Signature Group. Tickets are $65 ($75 day of) and $125 for VIP.
