Good Friday Fish Fry at Good Dog Houston – Heights
Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

All day, the Heights location of Good Dog Houston will be frying up its Gulf Fish and Chips alongside six tasty featured beers from Southern Star Brewing Company. Guests can expect some cool swag to take home, too.

Mac & Cheese Festival at Silver Street Studios
Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.

Houston’s first-ever Mac & Cheese Festival will be making the city extra cheesy, with two dozen local spots competing to be fan favorite. The lineup includes spots like Beaver's, Max's Wine Dive and Saint Arnold Brewing Company. General admission tickets ($50) include unlimited samples, a vote for "Best Mac & Cheese" and five adult drink tickets. VIP ($80) includes all of the above, plus quick entry, a choice of shirt and access to VIP areas.

HTX Dessert Crawl in River Oaks
Sunday, 3 to 7 p.m.

Satisfy that sweet tooth on a dessert crawl through River Oaks, where you’ll sample sweets from Araya Artisanal Chocolates, Crave Cupcakes, Amy's Ice Creams and Pondicheri Bake Lab. Guests will travel by their own means to each location following a map and specific timeline (route details will be emailed to ticket holders the day before the event). Tickets are $20 and include samples at each location, plus a souvenir bag.
