Chef Aaron Bludorn is teaming up with Café Boulud and Per Se alums, Travis Swikard and Matthew Peters in the kitchen for a one night only, exclusive dining experience benefitting Southern Smoke Foundation. Bludorn, Swikard, and Peters have created a sophisticated five-course menu inviting guests to give back over a delicious meal. In an effort to provide relief and funds for industry workers in need, Bludorn will continue to host collaboration dinners throughout the year with chefs from across the country who are joining forces to make meaningful change.
