Chef Aaron Bludorn is teaming up with Café Boulud and Per Se alums, Travis Swikard and Matthew Peters in the kitchen for a one night only, exclusive dining experience benefitting Southern Smoke Foundation. Bludorn, Swikard, and Peters have created a sophisticated five-course menu inviting guests to give back over a delicious meal.
