Set in the by-lanes of Chandigarh, the film narrates the story of a gym co-owner and bodybuilder, Manu Munjal, who is desperate to create a splash in the fitness world and dreams to win the coveted title. He fails in his quest and his family pressurizes him to join the family business and get settled.
Maanvi, a lissome, charming girl, and Zumba Trainer walk into his life. Manu feels an instant attraction, sparks fly, chemistry blossoms and soon, they find themselves in the middle of a torrid romantic affair, painting the town red with their newfound, raw, irresistibly intense cascading love for each other.
