Spend a day caring for your body, mind, and soul. Research by scholars like Kristin Neff and Brené Brown reveal the positive, life-long changes brought about by replacing self-criticism with self-compassion. So, what does it look like to actually practice self-love? We will spend this mini-retreat learning a variety of tangible and specific exercises to help us find and strengthen our own authentic, self-compassionate voices. These practices can easily be done at home, so you will leave equipped with tools to use on your own journey to self-love.
