Comfortable chairs and sofas give this Montrose wine bar a relaxing lounge atmosphere. Absolve's decor leans to bohemian-parlor, and that's a major part of its charm. While food takes second place to the wines, the kitchen staff is preparing some interesting cheese plates and snack items, such as prosciutto-wrapped asparagus and retro meat balls with rosemary. This is a great place to spend happy hour.
