BJ's Restaurant & Brew House

Part sports bar, part brewpub, part casual-dining spot, this California-based chain restaurant is a welcome addition to Sugar Land. Plenty of items go with the beer: nachos, burgers and great pizza. But BJ's also offers soups, salads, sandwiches, some decent pasta dishes and baby-back ribs. The hand-crafted beers, including a light pilsner, a hoppy pale ale and a robust, full-bodied stout, will keep you coming back. Save room for the "pizzookie," a freshly baked deep-dish cookie topped with ice cream.
