Box 13 ArtSpace

BOX 13 ArtSpace is an artist run nonprofit innovative environment for the creation and advancement of experimental contemporary art in Houston. BOX 13 creates this environment through the offering of affordable workspaces for emerging and established artists and the dedication of a significant portion of its building for exhibitions. Our building hosts approximately 20 artists' studios, plus three gallery spaces, two window galleries, a stairwell and an exterior courtyard. Our resident directed gallery spaces support over a dozen experimental, innovative and fresh exhibitions a year. Box 13 is dedicated to showing work which is not capable of being shown in commercial galleries.
