Cindy Lisica, founder of Revision Space Pittsburgh, opens a new gallery in the thriving museum district of Houston. In addition to the diverse roster from the original east coast location, the gallery represents international contemporary artists working in painting, sculpture, photography, and mixed media. Cindy Lisica Gallery brings its own brand of exciting programming to 4411 Montrose, alongside formidable neighbors Anya Tish Gallery, Barbara Davis Gallery, David Shelton Gallery, and UNIX Gallery for a full house of fine art and stimulating shows. Award-winning artists represented by the gallery have exhibited at world-class museums, and many of their works have been acquired into impressive private and institutional collections. Cindy Lisica Gallery's inaugural exhibition features the artist Fabrizio Gerbino. “One” will present recent large-scale paintings using carbon as a core medium, as well as a unique object-based site-specific installation.
