There's no mistaking the Southern Louisiana heritage of this Hedwig Village seafood
restaurant, from the wetlands mural on the back wall to the menu
chock full of Louisiana favorites like gumbo, crawfish and crabs. The
chalkboard lists the fresh catch of the day, which can be prepared in
a variety of ways, from grilled to blackened, with sauces such as
Lemon Butter, Pontchartrain or Sauce Piquant, just to name a few. Denis' Seafood House attracts an older crowd and never gets raucous.
