Eric's Restaurant
This hands-on laboratory for hotel and restaurant-management students is a casual counterpart to the upscale Barron's Restaurant. Their breakfast and lunch menus offer traditional American cuisine. The dinners are heavier, with pan-seared salmon, seared ahi-tuna,filet mignon, grilled rib eye, pasta and burgers.
