Healthcare for the Homeless – Houston (HHH) was founded in 1999 and continues to serve as the only stand-alone Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Houston that provides care exclusively to homeless patients, solidifying our role as an essential component of the local safety net system. Our comprehensive services are unduplicated and fill a gap that is crucial for systematically combatting homelessness.
