Little J's Bar

David Rozycki
This 2-year-old sports bar moved down Washington Avenue from its original location to a bigger location in August; a pop-up eatery called Bourbon and Bacon has opened up inside as well, serving up upscale but reasonably priced bar food. Bacon is the focus, as the name implies, as included in tasty items like the Fancy Pig Sliders, Oinkin’ Pup bacon-wrapped hot dog, and Bacon Funnel Cake, just to name a few. As for the bar itself, there are a ton of TVs, including two giant projection screens, where fans can watch the Texans, Rockets, NHL hockey, UFC or just about any event they request. Also available are a basketball hoop game, foosball tables and Big Buck and Silver Strike Live video games. Not a sports fan? Come out for Geeks Who Drink Trivia on Wednesday nights and you could win some prizes.
