Surrounded by a metal fence and a surprisingly large parking lot, Loma Linda has been serving Tex-Mex since 1963. Their chile con queso, made from a blend of three cheeses, goes into their chile con queso puff, one of their most popular dishes. The puffy tacos are also in high demand. The rest of the menu is equally traditional - it's the kind of Tex-Mex that hasn't changed in some time, and will likely remain the same as long as the restaurant is open.
