This humble little Washington Avenue eatery has served home-cooked Tex-Mex food geared to a Hispanic audience since 1976. Breakfast at Los Dos Amigos is the meal to get -- don't miss the hand-cut fried potatoes, homemade flour tortillas and silky refried beans. Enchiladas topped with fried eggs are also a standout.
